The program lasts 4 years (40 months), is fully taught in English, and follows an intensive on-campus format at Madrid, Paris, Tampa (and soon Heidelberg). Students attend classes two days per week, six hours per day.
Students earn 120 U.S. credits, equivalent to 240 ECTS, ensuring international academic recognition across Europe and beyond.
The class format allows time for career-building activities like company visits, networking events, practical workshops, and professional development programs that enhance employability from the start.

Students develop strategic competencies in marketing, finance, HR, and operations within a multicultural environment of peers from 130+ nationalities, gaining a truly global outlook.
From day one, students follow a structured path of employability-focused experiences including workshops, company collaborations, soft skills development, and networking. Graduates earn a Global Employability Certificate.
Students engage in practical tourism and hospitality projects starting in year one—including event planning, guest experience design, destination marketing, and simulations in collaboration with real companies.
